My family and I have been living in Mongolia for a year and a half now. We have moved within Mongolia four of five times; ger to apartment back to ger, etc. (Ger=Yurt). This has been some what hectic on our exercise schedule and nutrition. We have lived with Mongolians and Kazakhs during this time (they are AMAZING and LOVING PEOPLE). Our Mongolian and Kazakh families' diet is overall meat, fat, flour and potato based. More on our lifestyles to come...

- Fitness Goals: As of now we are doing CrossFit, with P90X Cardio, and my bride teaches aerobics in the mornings (She has to walk in -30 degree weather to get there!)
- Workouts Results/Times: Keep in mind we just started CrossFit (8 days in to be exact).
- Nutrition Goals: Following the Zone diet as best as possible.
M/32/5'9"/150. I hope to gain 10lbs someday!
W/30/5'4"/132 She has lost 5 lbs and hopes to lose 7 more by March 1 st (7 weeks).
