So, I believe the title of this post pretty much says it all...lol(especially if you read my comment on facebook about GOMAD). Let me explain: Gallon of milk a day!
Well, I haven't really accomplished this yet. I have been doing CrossFit close to a month, but it seems that I may be pushing it a bit hard with the 2 a days and even some of the weight. I crashed or bonked last night, which has pretty much lasted all through today until right now! My forearms locked up for 3 days, and they still look AMAZING! If you think Popeye's forearms were cool...
Back to GOMAD: So, the first day I could only add a liter of milk, the 2nd day I drank 2 liters of milk, the 3rd day a gallon, and the fourth a gallon, but today milk seems a bit unappealing!
What to do? Ummmm....add some peanut butter and bananas to it! Yes, skinny guys unite! Someone else should try this diet and fill me in with their results...I haven't gained really any weight in a month yet, but maybe this GOMAD remixed with PB AND B will do the trick.
Oh, another thing on diet...if I come home with good cholestrol then we all need to rethink about eggs, because I eat a ton of them!
