Fight Gone Bad

3 rounds of:

1.Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps) K: subbed 20 lb DB.s
2.Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps) K: 50 lbs
3.Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
4.Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps) K: 50 lbs
5.Row: calories (Calories)

Basically, you do as many as you can. 1 rep = 1 point.

Well, as I said I have limited equipment so I had to make some substitutions.

1. 40 lb Dumbbell Thrusters though I didn't realize that was the substitution...I just thought it was 40 lb dumbbell press.

5. No row machine. So, K and I just jumped rope with high knees for numbers.
